The partnership will highlight positive community impact and bring a new level of access to sports opportunities for the city.” DMOS has a long tradition of supporting the soccer community as exemplified by its nearly 20 year support of the Iowa Menace. “To watch our initial commitment in the the late 1990s to the Iowa Menace Club grow into an opportunity to create a professional soccer destination in Des Moines is very exciting to our organization,” said Rich Green, COO of DMOS. “We share the vision of Pro Iowa and look forward to the future of soccer and development in downtown Des Moines.”

“As the nonprofit in charge of fundraising for the Pro Iowa Initiative, we’re pleased to accept this generous donation from DMOS Orthopedic Centers for the Pro Iowa Stadium and Global Plaza,” said Charley Campbell, Iowa Soccer Development Foundation secretary. “For more than 60 years, DMOS has served the Central Iowa community, including as the injury treatment experts of choice for many local sports teams. Their commitment to our local communities and their athletes is admirable, and we are grateful for their support to help bring a new venue for the world’s game to downtown Des Moines.”
