Biography
Annie Sullivan joined DMOS after earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Iowa and has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health from Iowa State University. She serves as an adjunct faculty member to the University of Iowa Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science program.
Annie uses a patient-centered approach and believes physical therapy requires teamwork. She has a special interest in young adult hip disorders, the female athlete across the lifespan, swimmers, as well as lower extremity traumas. Annie is a former USA swim coach with a local club.
She is a Des Moines native and enjoys swimming, cycling, hiking 14ers, and recently completed Rim to Rim across the Grand Canyon. Her bucket list item is to summit Mt. Kilimanjaro.
