Biography
Nicole McDevitt grew up in Prairie City, Iowa and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Exercise Science from Luther College. She continued her studies at the University of Iowa where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Physical therapy helped Nicole as a high school athlete return to playing basketball. She knew she wanted to pursue a profession within healthcare and after observing and completing her own PT, she knew it was perfect fit for her.
At DMOS Orthopaedic Centers, her goal is to assist her patients to return to their daily, work, and recreational abilities. Nicole focuses on creating individualized treatments for her patients to help them achieve their specific goals. She enjoys the one-on-one treatments to not only connect with her patients, but also to see her patients progress every step of the way.
Nicole is a mother of two and enjoys spending time with her kids and husband, family, and friends. She loves doing outdoor and sports activities. She enjoys playing all sports, especially softball, volleyball, pickleball, and basketball.
