Biography
Rob VanderLinden is a physical therapist at our West Des Moines office. Rob is an Iowa native from Urbandale, who received both his undergraduate degree in Health and Human Physiology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
When providing patient care, Rob believes in an individualized approach to treatment by finding different ways to treat each patient. He enjoys connecting with patients, understanding their interests in life, and adapting the therapy to suit their needs. Rob believes in providing quality care based on staying up-to-date with effective evidence-based treatments. Rob’s goal is to put patients in the best position to recover and return to their daily lives before the injury.
Outside of caring for his patients, Rob enjoys sports and competition such as golf and pickleball with friends, trying new things, spending time with family on vacations, and exploring new locations. Fun fact: Rob has completed the Disney marathon and competed in a sprint triathlon!
