DES MOINES, IOWA, January 5th, 2023 — DMOS, Des Moines Orthopaedic Surgeons, announces a key management promotion. Rich Green has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will continue to report to the DMOS Board of Directors.

After joining DMOS Physical and Hand Therapy, Rich joined the executive team as Chief Operating Officer in 2018. Rich is responsible for the operations of the company and brings more than 20 years of medical expertise to DMOS. His experience and leadership practices focus on developing and delivering world-class staff, providing a top-notch company culture, demonstrating outstanding client services, and driving profitable revenue growth.
